Roger aka “Coach” and the team at North Georgia Toyota were wonderful to work with. We knew exactly what we wanted. They didn’t try to talk us in to something in stock. We were able to put in a deposit and wait for our vehicle to be allocated to them and delivered. TRD PRO 4Runners are hard to come by, but they really delivered! The pricing was transparent and exactly as shown on the website. Even better, they have a team member specifically to pair your devices and make sure everything is set up correctly and you are comfortable with the features before you ever leave! Very knowledgeable and super easy to work with!

Roger “Coach” and the Dalton Toyota dealership are the best of the best. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a car from anyone other than Roger. This is my third one bought from him. He is very knowledgeable, honest and not a bit pushy. Because he thinks of EVERYTHING and is such an honest person is why I have always returned to wherever he is to buy my next vehicle. This is the third dealership I have bought from him at and I must say it’s a great one for sure. Shout out to Christian for all of your help both days as well!! This was such a great experience and I again drove away in what I went for and more. Thanks so much to you ALL!!!

I can’t say enough about the team at North Georgia Toyota. Salud, Chad, and Christian were the best!! From start to finish they were so great to work with. They made me feel comfortable from the beginning and never made me feel “sold to”. They were always communicative, responded promptly, and clearly take customer care seriously. For someone who didn’t want to buy a car in the first place, but found myself in a situation where I had to, I never once regretted my decision to work with them even though they’re in a different state (I’m in Indiana).

I brought my Toyota here for maintenance, and I’m very happy with the experience. They even provided a video, which I thought was awesome! Everyone I interacted with seemed honest, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They recommended replacing the air filter and windshield wipers, which made a lot of sense since I’ve driven on quite a few dirt roads recently. The whole service took about an hour and a half, which was pretty quick. Overall, I’m very satisfied and if I pass through this place again, I will come back :)

There aren’t enough stars to accurately rate Matt Miranda and the rest of the team at North GA Toyota. Not only are they professional in their customer service but they are genuinely great people. This was the easiest vehicle purchase we’ve ever made and I would recommend them highly for anyone looking for a Toyota or anything they have on the used lot. I recently purchased a used car from here with the help of Keith Williams. They made the whole process very seamless and very easy. I could not ask for better customer service. Usually making a big purchase is a lot of hassle and headache; I did not experience that at all. From the time I pulled into the dealership I was met with very friendly salesman named Keith. The whole process only took about an hour and half. I highly recommend going here to purchase your next vehicle. You tell them what you are looking for and what you are expecting in regards to financing and several people went above and beyond to make sure the whole process was easy and transparent. I worked out a deal on a Corolla online with Ray Woodward. He gave me a fair take it or leave it price, no pressure at all. Salud Hernandez took care of us once we got to the dealership. They honored the deal we had agreed on with no deception. Everything was easy and everyone we encountered was top notch, including the finance manager. If you want a dealership you can trust to send your grandma to, this is it! Far and away the best car buying experience we’ve ever had at a dealership.
